About this piece

The decorative plate is the widest, flattest piece in the collection: 33 cm across, a broad surface meant only to be seen, not to serve food. "Prato" comes from Vulgar Latin plattus, "flat," itself from Greek platys — the same root as "plateau."

Decorative wall plate, 33 cm diameter. Pattern 8: lime with flowers.

About this pattern

An imaginary garden blossoms across a finely textured, lime-green background. Stylized flowers rise on vertical stems, creating an uplifting rhythm. Their oval heads are meticulously formed from raised dots of paint, revealing vibrant cores of fuchsia, orange, and deep violet. This pointillist technique lends the surface a tactile dimension and a pulsating energy, allowing each hue to shine with intensity. Turquoise outlines and neat rows of red dots accentuate the forms in a precise and joyful chromatic dialogue. Displayed on a console or hung, this piece transforms a neutral wall into a focal point of color and movement. One of a kind, with Dani's mark on the base.
