About this piece
The ball vase has the most literal name in the collection: a spherical body, 18 cm tall by 18 cm wide, resting on a small foot — "bola" comes from Vulgar Latin bulla, "bubble, small sphere," the same root as "balloon."

Pattern 6: terracotta with brown and cream circles.
About this pattern
On the matte terracotta surface of this vase, ceramist and painter Dani has arranged a constellation of concentric circles. Hues of brown, cream, and touches of orange alternate in targets and rings, many delineated by raised dots that lend a tactile dimension to the creation. The brushwork seems to pulse, with motifs of varying sizes flowing organically across the piece’s curvature, echoing its own spherical geometry. Its sculptural presence enriches centerpieces or sideboards, where its texture can be appreciated. One of a kind, with Dani's mark on the base.
