About this piece
The cylindrical vase is the most geometric piece in the collection: a straight body, no curves, the shape ceramicists call cylindrical because it repeats the cylinder exactly — from Greek kylindros, "that which rolls," via Latin cylindrus. It comes in two sizes (Medium, 13 cm tall by 20 cm wide; Large, 17 by 27 cm).

Towers of colourful arcs, filled with tactile micro-dots, rise from the base in hues of orange, blue, yellow, fuchsia, and green. Outlined in black, each column reveals a unique internal pattern, creating a visual rhythm that envelops the piece. The white background is punctuated by delicate black dots, a minimalist counterpoint to the main motifs' exuberance. The absence of a neck allows the pattern to flow uninterrupted, celebrating the cylinder's continuous form. Ideal for holding a dry floral arrangement or as a statement creation on a shelf.
