About this piece
The lagoon vase is a compact piece, 17 cm tall by 13 cm wide, in the multicolor and earthy lines. The name comes from Latin lacuna, "a hollow holding water" — a reference to the turquoise that dominates most of the patterns, like shallow, clear water.

About this pattern
In this interpretation of the Lagoa vase, an earthy palette takes center stage. Upon the satin surface of a light clay tone, ceramist and painter Dani composes organic arcs using a meticulous pointillist technique. The forms, evoking rounded pebbles or submerged flora, are brought to life by raised dots in shades of green, terracotta, white, and brown. In the upper space, small dark dots float like suspended sediment, while the rim is finished with a delicate, scalloped frieze. The creation’s precise, tactile composition makes it a unique point of interest on a bookshelf or side table. One of a kind, with Dani's mark on the base.
