About this piece
The lagoon vase is a compact piece, 17 cm tall by 13 cm wide, in the multicolor and earthy lines. The name comes from Latin lacuna, "a hollow holding water" — a reference to the turquoise that dominates most of the patterns, like shallow, clear water.

Pattern 1: turquoise with white and green circles.
About this pattern
Against a vibrant turquoise background, this creation features concentric circles in white and shades of green, evoking the soft ripples on the surface of clear water. Tiny white dots and raised green accents punctuate the body of the vase, adding a tactile dimension reminiscent of pebbles seen underwater, while a delicate scalloped rim finishes the piece. The painting, with its visible brushstrokes, is done freehand, making every detail a unique gesture by the ceramist and painter. Its compact scale and brilliant colors make it a radiant presence on a nightstand or windowsill, beautifully capturing the daylight. One of a kind, with Dani's mark on the base.
