About this piece

The colonial vase takes up the round-bellied, wide-mouthed silhouette of the clay jars that marked utilitarian pottery in colonial-era Brazil — hence the name, which describes the shape rather than a fixed period. The piece is presented in three sizes: Small, up to 15 cm; Medium, 15–25 cm; and Large, above 25 cm.

About this pattern

In this vibrant iteration of the Colonial vase, a lime-green body provides a canvas for a profusion of colorful dots and circles. The creation is structured in horizontal bands that explore color and texture: the rim is defined by a deep purple, while the base undulates between magenta and the same purple hue, both areas densely dotted. The central section features larger concentric circles in blue, red, and purple, floating among smaller dots. Inspired by the free gesture of popular painting, the sensory pattern, with its subtle relief, invites the touch. Its generous shape is ideal for a plant with dense foliage or as a sculptural statement piece. One of a kind, with Dani's mark on the base.
