About this piece
The cylindrical vase is the most geometric piece in the collection: a straight body, no curves, the shape ceramicists call cylindrical because it repeats the cylinder exactly — from Greek kylindros, "that which rolls," via Latin cylindrus. It comes in two sizes (Medium, 13 cm tall by 20 cm wide; Large, 17 by 27 cm).

About this pattern
In this version of the Cylindrical Vase, undulating bands in earthy tones traverse the entire surface. The ceramist and painter Dani composes a vibrant visual rhythm with concentric circles in orange, ochre, and deep red, set against brown and burnt-orange backgrounds. Between the main bands, sinuous lines dotted in white and yellow introduce a delicate relief, adding a tactile dimension to the matte-finish painting. The warm palette and the pattern, reminiscent of seeds or ancestral mandalas, evoke a feeling of warmth and coziness. The piece works as a focal point of color on a shelf or, paired with dry branches, creates an arrangement of natural elegance. One of a kind, with Dani's mark on the base.
